Payment Guidelines Travel prices are constantly changing. Please contact us for current prices. Deposit (except as below) A $750 deposit is required approximately 6 months prior to departure. About 4-6 months prior to departure a payment of $1500 is required in order to cover the cost of all airline tickets. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure. You will be notified of payment dates and be given a minimum of two weeks to make the payment. Deposit for Galapagos Island Tours (Blue-Footed Booby and Waved Albatross) A $750 deposit is required approximately 6-9 months prior to departure. This is to cover a $6000 deposit required by the owner of the boat (Eden) to reserve the boat and lock in the date of departure. About 4-6 months prior to departure a payment of $1500 is required in order to cover the cost of all airline tickets. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure. You will be notified of payment dates and be given a minimum of two weeks to make the payment. Refund Policy Up to 90 days prior to departure a full refund (excluding air) will be made minus a $50 service fee. Once airline tickets (nonrefundable) have been purchased they are in the name of and the property of the traveler. The traveler is responsible for negotiating with the airline for a refund or exchange. If a cancellation is made 30-90 days prior to departure the $750 deposit is forfeit. There will be no refund of the final payment within 30 days of departure. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended to cover yourself in case of emergencies or cancellations.
