Peregrino Travels acts only as an agent for the passengers in all matters relating to travel arrangements and for the various companies over the lines of which tickets are available and tours operate. And as such, assumes no responsibility for delay, change in schedule, loss, injury and damage to, or in respect to any persons or properties however caused or arising in connection with the services of any trains, vehicles, carriers, aircraft, motor or other conveyances or hotel which may used, whether wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passengers.

ADVERTISED COSTS: All prices shown are in US Dollars. Prices on our Website are subject to change. However once we confirm your reservation you lock in the price and there will be no additional charges.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT: To confirm your order we require a deposit. Once we have processed your reservation, we will inform you of the deposit details, the final date for full payment, and any other necessary details. Please refer to the Prices page for the cost indicator of various tours.

If we do not receive your deposit in due course, or if you do not make the final payment by the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel your travel order.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Operators charge us cancellation fees in addition to our own expenses. Different tours may have different policies and datelines for issuing refunds. Please see Cancellations on the Prices page and also refer to the individual tours.

Peregrino Travels reserves the right to alter itineraries, arrange alternative transportation, accommodation or services, or to cancel bookings if we deem necessary. In the event that we must cancel a tour you will be refunded the full amount of your payment.

Peregrino Travels will not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damages resulting from activities under the control of other agents, including but not limited to claims for death, personal injury, machinery breakdown, delays, or additional expenses, which may arise when utilizing a service arranged through us.

We highly recommend that you purchase Personal Travel Insurance.
